Project Accountant

The Project Accountant is a key member of the division finance team, instrumental in managing job cost projections, billings, and coordinating with AP and Subcontract departments for monthly billings to the Owner. This role involves working closely with Project Managers to ensure proper handling of receivables and payables, understanding contract terms for accurate progress billings, and communicating with funding agencies regarding pay applications. The position requires producing and reviewing billings, reconciling job billings to job costs, and preparing monthly Job Cost Reports to support financial operations.
