About this role

The Project Administrator is responsible for identifying project goals, needs, and scope, and plans, monitors and documents tasks throughout lower complexity (Path 4) projects. The Project Administrator is also responsible for ensuring all tasks, deliverables, and project materials are delivered promptly, fostering effective communication with stakeholders concerning project status, and documenting each step of the process using various project management tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate projects of lower complexity effectively and efficiently
Monitor project progress and work with project team to develop solutions to issues
Prepare and issue Health and Safety and Ministry of Labour documentation
Ensure projects meet requirements, budgets and schedules
Communicate with stakeholders and prepare cost variance reports

Skills

Qualifications

Post secondary education (diploma) in Electrical Engineering Technician or TechnologyOACETT certificationCertified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
