Project Administrator

Moss seeks a Project Administrator to support project teams by ensuring accurate collection, review, and tracking of labor, workforce, subcontractor, and compliance documentation for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with publicly funded projects, particularly those involving HUD funding, and a strong understanding of reporting requirements for certified payroll, Section 3 compliance, and MWBE/SBE participation. This role acts as a liaison between project managers, contractors, and funding agencies to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
