Project Administrator

As a Project Administrator at Trane Technologies, you will support the Willowbrook Service group by managing project documentation, procurement, job costing, and customer invoicing from award to close-out. Working under moderate supervision, you will collaborate with Service Managers, technicians, and resource coordinators to ensure contract compliance and timely project delivery while fostering a positive culture. This hybrid role requires interaction with internal and external customers to resolve obstacles and maintain accurate financial records throughout the project lifecycle.
