Project Administrator

The Project Administrator supports Project Managers, internal teams, and customers by managing job data, supporting budgets and invoicing, coordinating information, and maintaining accurate customer orders. This role involves looking closely at information to recognize discrepancies, researching issues, identifying root causes, and taking action to resolve them. The position also includes supporting job setup, budgeting, invoicing, reporting, and customer order management to keep projects moving forward.
