The University of Maine System (UMS) is Maine’s public higher-education system made up of seven campuses across the state — including the University of Maine (Orono), University of Southern Maine, and the University of Maine at Augusta, Farmington, Fort Kent, Machias, and Presque Isle — offering undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs.
