Project and Process Specialist

The Project and Process Specialist supports the management, prioritization, and execution of the strategic portfolio in the Animal Nutrition area, ensuring governance, operational excellence, and sustainable value capture. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, R&D, and Backoffice to drive strategic initiatives, mitigate risks, and accelerate transformation projects. This position is responsible for standardizing project management methodologies, maintaining strategic portfolio governance, and leading key strategic initiatives to deliver expected results.
