Project-Based Manufacturing Execution

This role leads and executes manufacturing and engineering projects across machining sites, supporting new program launches, transfers, and complex machining introductions. The position involves driving cross-site engineering initiatives, conducting producibility reviews, and leading continuous improvement projects to reduce cycle times and scrap. It also requires collaborating on NC programming, deploying new technologies, and serving as a technical liaison between enterprise engineering and plant operations.
