Project Control Manager

The Project Control Manager oversees the project controls program and activities for a District or Mega Project, including prime contract management, scheduling, cost control, and contract change management. This role involves analyzing contract records, overseeing cost reporting and reconciliation, and supporting the scheduling process from bid phase through project completion. The position also requires coordinating with division claims managers, tracking project contingencies and cash flow, and assisting with resource loading and project close-out procedures.
