Responsibilities

• Create and maintain time-phased project budgets using MS Excel and Costpoint
• Track expenditures against funding and forecast remaining costs for labor and materials
• Generate timely project cost reports and report on engineering performance via earned value analysis
• Develop project recovery plans to address schedule and cost impacts
• Coordinate budget and schedule activities with project management, finance, and external clients
