The Project Controls Lead at JLL will establish and lead the project controls function within Project & Development Services, transforming conceptual scope briefs into detailed project narratives with accurate cost estimates. This role oversees all project controls activities for the portfolio, sets standards and best practices, and mentors a team to ensure reliable project charters and budgets.
