The Project Controls Manager / Project Manager serves as the architect of the project’s operational framework, responsible for designing and implementing systems that govern schedule, cost, and change management across a large-scale, multi-site data center construction program. This role establishes the single source of truth for project performance, providing leadership with the data, reporting, and insights needed to drive informed, strategic decisions. The position involves working cross-functionally with project leadership, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment, accountability, and consistency across all project controls functions.
