Project Controls Manager - Transit

Ramos CS, now part of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead the project controls function for a Construction Management team serving as Owner's Representative on an LA Metro light rail transit project. The role is accountable for cost, schedule, estimating, and reporting functions to provide an accurate view of project performance. This includes reviewing contractor schedules, developing independent cost estimates, and preparing monthly and executive reporting in accordance with project controls procedures.
