Project Controls Manager

The Project Controls Manager leads all aspects of project controls for the Metro Nashville Choose How You Move (CHYM) program, ensuring quality work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the client’s satisfaction. This role involves overseeing scheduling, cost estimation, risk management, change management, and document control while collaborating with program leadership, subconsultants, and stakeholders. The position requires establishing and managing project controls staff, developing procedures, and maintaining project controls systems to support successful project execution.
