Project Controls Manager

The Project Controls Manager leads project forecasting, earned value analysis, and variance reporting to identify risks and opportunities affecting project performance. This role involves implementing an Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting system, managing project change processes, and preparing cost reports and cash flow forecasts for stakeholders. The position requires overseeing progress billings, creating Work and Cost Breakdown Structures, and ensuring the quality and traceability of project controls data. The role also includes conducting ad hoc analyses and providing financial updates during quarterly Internal Project Reviews.
