The Project Controls Specialist IV (Cost Analyst) provides financial oversight for capital construction programs, ensuring accuracy of budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting for the Program Management Office. The role supports project and construction managers by maintaining cost baselines, performing reconciliations, and preparing regular and ad-hoc financial reports. This is an onsite, full-time position based in Los Angeles with occasional travel to project sites.
