Project Controls Specialist

This role establishes and maintains project financial baselines, budgets, and cost structures while monitoring actual labor hours and costs against budgets to identify financial risks. The position involves developing Estimate to Complete and Estimate at Completion forecasts, consolidating project-level information into portfolio reporting, and supporting accurate and timely invoicing. The specialist coordinates with project managers and Finance to resolve billing issues, track contract amendments, and conduct recurring financial reviews to ensure project performance aligns with financial goals.
