Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant

The role involves coordinating and tracking multiple ongoing projects, acting as the primary communication bridge between the Founder/Owner and virtual assistants, and organizing tasks, priorities, and deadlines across various workstreams. The incumbent will also manage calendars, prepare reports and updates for the Founder, and ensure clear documentation of processes while proactively identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements.
