Project Coordinator - JACKS CARE (CCAMPIS)

This grant-funded position coordinates individualized support and case management for parenting students in the JACKS CARE initiative, funded by the U.S. Department of Education’s CCAMPIS program. The role involves assessing participant needs, developing success plans, connecting students with childcare and community resources, and providing ongoing follow-up to support degree completion. The position works under general supervision and reports to the Program Director.
