Project Coordinator, Tool Room

The Project Coordinator supports Tool Room operations by coordinating tooling projects, administrative workflows, purchasing activities, inventory processes, and departmental reporting within a manufacturing environment. This role manages tooling requests, job documentation, project tracking, supplier coordination, and systems data to ensure work is accurately prioritized, materials are available, records are maintained, and projects progress efficiently from request through completion. Working closely with Tool Makers, Supervisors, Engineering, Production, Accounting, Sourcing, suppliers, and other stakeholders, the Project Coordinator facilitates communication, monitors project status, maintains operational data and performance metrics, and supports continuous improvement efforts that enhance Tool Room efficiency, organization, and operational readiness.
