Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator at Bird supports Project Managers and Site Superintendents in administering project plans and ensuring execution of field operations on a Halifax-area construction site. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role covers project setup, document controls, permits, and coordination across pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases. The position focuses on maintaining schedules, budgets, subcontract management and stakeholder relationships to support successful project delivery.
