Project Coordinator

This role supports project managers and superintendents in overseeing construction project performance, including cost, schedule, safety, and quality. Key duties involve construction coordination, quantity takeoffs, surveying, and managing trade partner relationships through tendering and scope definition. The position also handles change orders, submittals, and project closeout activities while resolving field technical issues.
