About this role

The role supports the Project Manager, Director, and Executive throughout all phases of large‑scale venue projects, handling document control, communications, and administrative functions. The coordinator interacts professionally with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project information is organized and issues are resolved promptly.

Responsibilities

Attend regularly scheduled project meetings
Organize and maintain the project file system
Track open RFIs, non‑conformance logs, and submittals
Prepare and process monthly pay applications
Monitor owner‑open issues and ensure quality standards

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate or similar
