Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator supports the administration and execution of projects throughout their lifecycle by maintaining records, coordinating setup activities, and tracking cost and billing information within Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role serves as a key liaison between Project Managers, Operations, Accounting, and other departments to ensure data integrity and support reporting requirements. The position involves compiling project data, preparing billing documentation, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives related to project administration.
