Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator provides in-country project coordination and stakeholder facilitation for BioSHIELD implementation in the Philippines, supporting the Project Manager in day-to-day execution. The role serves as a consistent interface with Government of the Philippines stakeholders, U.S. Government personnel, and the DTRA Contracting Officer's Representative. Responsibilities include facilitating permitting, customs processes, document control, property accountability, and limited cybersecurity monitoring.
