Project Coordinator

FMM is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to work closely with Project Managers in tracking projects, obtaining and submitting bids, and scheduling subcontractors. This role involves managing work in progress schedules, reviewing budget costs, preparing submittal logs, and documenting change orders for residential and commercial clients nationwide. The position requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in contractor accounting systems.
