Project Coordinator

This role supports the sales department by managing projects from initial quote through to completion, ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery. The position serves as a liaison between customers, freight, installers, and internal teams to coordinate production, scheduling, and special requests. It also involves assisting the Customer Service Manager with training, mentoring, and backup duties while maintaining strong client relationships.
