Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator manages the end-to-end sales order fulfillment process, supporting the Sales Support department by placing orders and handling post-order project tasks. This role involves coordinating with factory partners, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and timely service to customers throughout the order lifecycle. The position also includes managing warranty claims and providing installation/delivery support to operations.
