Project Coordinator

A Project Coordinator supports a growing construction and development team by serving as the primary administrative and project support resource for multiple construction projects. This role ensures projects remain organized, compliant, and progressing efficiently from commencement through close-out by coordinating with the Director of Construction, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders. The position involves managing vendor compliance, accounts payable, job cost tracking, contract administration, and project documentation to support day-to-day operations.
