Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator supports the Project Management team by executing key administrative, coordination, and process-driven activities to ensure projects move efficiently from order through closeout. This role acts as a central organizer, reducing friction, preventing delays, and ensuring information is complete, accurate, and timely across departments. The position involves maintaining project documentation, managing customer samples and approvals, and coordinating quality control and warranty requirements. It also requires supporting administrative functions, ensuring compliance with regulations like the Lacey Act and FSC, and preparing for progression into a Project Manager role.
