Project Coordinator

The Social Services Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and monitoring various programs, projects, and initiatives within the Social Services Department. This position supports program administration, grant coordination, service delivery, community outreach, data collection, reporting, and compliance with applicable funding requirements. The Project Coordinator works collaboratively with Tribal departments, healthcare providers, housing agencies, community organizations, and other service providers to promote access to essential services, strengthen community resources, and support the overall health and well-being of individuals and families.
