Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator provides coordination and administrative support for the on-site management team at the Bloom PIT Campus Power Station, a large cost-plus, open-book, self-perform IBEW electrical and medium-voltage project. This role works directly with Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers to organize meetings, follow-ups, documents, visitor logistics, and field office operations. The position ensures smooth project execution by tracking action items, distributing project documents, and maintaining field office operations.
