Project Design Manager

This hands-on development and engineering role is responsible for managing bespoke retail fixtures and prototypes from initial concept through to manufacture, installation, and final sign-off. The position requires coordinating internal production teams, designers, and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The role also involves leading prototype development, expanding CNC and 3D-printing capabilities, and providing technical engineering support across the production lifecycle.
