Project Design Manager

The Project Design Manager leads multidisciplinary design teams and engineering consultants for a large-scale utility steam generation plant, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective structural, mechanical, and piping designs. This role involves managing technical interfaces, regulatory compliance, and external stakeholders from concept design through to as-built handover. The position requires strong leadership in engineering coordination and technical governance for high-pressure steam systems and heavy industrial plant layouts.
