Project Development and Finance Practice

This role involves managing deal teams and processes for the financing of energy and infrastructure projects, including power, geothermal, and digital infrastructure assets. The position requires advising lenders, sponsors, and investors on complex financings, preparing and negotiating various legal documents, and conducting legal due diligence. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and opposing counsel.
