About this role

The Project Development Engineer at Blue Energy is responsible for supporting the technical and regulatory development of Small Modular Reactor (SMR) sites and their associated infrastructure, including gas turbine systems. This role includes conducting site feasibility studies, developing conceptual designs, coordinating permitting efforts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The engineer will collaborate with various stakeholders on interconnection planning and prepare technical documentation, while also identifying and mitigating project risks. Candidates should have a relevant engineering degree and experience in nuclear power or energy infrastructure development.
