Project Development Representative

The Project Development Representative supports outside sales representatives and works independently to prepare proposals and cost estimates for building mechanical systems, including HVAC and controls projects. The role involves conducting field site visits to develop scopes of work, securing competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors, and collaborating with internal teams to finalize project deliverables.
