Project Director – Data Centres

This role involves leading the full project lifecycle for a significant hyperscale data centre program, from initiation and design through to construction and handover. The Project Director will act as the primary client interface, managing a multi-disciplinary team to ensure delivery meets time, cost, quality, and safety targets. Key duties include overseeing project planning, risk management, commercial negotiations, and contract administration while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
