Project Director - LRT - UAE

Sener is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a major Light Rail Transit (LRT) project in Abu Dhabi, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from design and procurement to construction, testing, commissioning, and handover. The role requires a minimum of 20 years of professional experience, including mandatory hands-on LRT project delivery, and strong leadership capabilities to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments. The successful candidate will ensure the achievement of programme, budget, quality, safety, and contractual objectives while promoting a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
