Project Director, PMO

The Project Director, PMO will serve as the single accountable owner of the project management practice at NAPA Safety Solutions, responsible for defining, introducing, and embedding a common way of running projects across global teams. This role focuses on strengthening systematic project management through standards, coaching, and transparency, while providing portfolio-level visibility and resource load transparency to leadership. The position involves building a community of practice, developing project management capabilities, and potentially leading complex project deliveries to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement.
