About this role

Colliers International is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a landmark Grade A commercial/IT office building in Hyderabad, overseeing planning, scheduling, cost, quality, safety and stakeholder coordination. The role requires at least 20 years of experience delivering large‑scale high‑rise projects with composite steel structures and managing multidisciplinary teams and Tier‑1 contractors.
