Project Director - Rail, Roadways and Resort Development

This role provides leadership to a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the planning, design, construction, and commissioning of infrastructure and property development projects for the Universal United Kingdom Resort. The Project Director oversees enabling public roadways, bridges, and construction logistics to ensure successful project delivery aligned with budget, schedule, quality, and safety objectives. The position involves directing project strategy, managing stakeholder coordination, and maintaining strong control over field operations and document control processes.
