Project Director

The Project Director serves as El Camino Health’s owner’s representative for the ground‑up development of the new Los Gatos Hospital, overseeing all phases from design through construction and clinical activation. Reporting to the VP of Facilities Design & Real Estate, this senior individual contributor coordinates governance, manages a multi‑million‑dollar budget, ensures compliance with HCAI/OSHPD regulations, and delivers project outcomes on schedule, within budget, and to high safety and quality standards.
