Project Director

The Project Director leads a dedicated portfolio of complex commercial millwork and finish carpentry projects, representing approximately half of the company's annual budgeted revenue. This senior leadership role involves owning portfolio-level strategy, financial performance, client relationships, and execution across the full project lifecycle. The position requires co-leading the Project Management department alongside a second Project Director while mentoring a multi-level team of project managers and engineers.
