Project Director

The Project Director leads a team of Project Managers and oversees the successful execution of multiple complex Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across the Americas. This role provides strategic leadership, drives financial and operational performance, manages project risks, and builds strong customer relationships to ensure projects are delivered successfully. The Project Director works closely with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives, contractual requirements, and business priorities.
