Candidates are responsible for shaping technical content, refining cost estimates, coordinating design concepts, and driving the proposal process forward with clarity and momentum. This position requires residing in Puerto Rico and working in a hybrid model that balances onsite collaboration with remote productivity.

Responsibilities

Liaise between project teams and business development units to align proposal strategies
Prepare comprehensive technical volumes and basis of estimates for bid submissions
Coordinate design concepts and engineering efforts for product development research
Monitor team progress and remove obstacles to delivering winning customer proposals
Create integrated master schedules and manage proposal-related gate reviews
