The Project Engineer II provides technical leadership and engineering support for U.S. Navy ship repair, maintenance, and modernization projects. This role serves as the primary engineering resource for program management, production, and government stakeholders, ensuring compliance with NAVSEA contract requirements and technical specifications. The position involves developing engineering work packages, resolving technical issues, and supporting contract change negotiations.

Develop and review engineering work packages, PCPs, lift plans, and technical calculations
Support contract negotiations and evaluate engineering issues to resolve scope and schedule impacts
