About this role

The Project Engineer III leads and executes capital investment projects and strategic engineering initiatives within a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role provides technical leadership throughout the full project lifecycle, from concept and design through commissioning, qualification, validation, and operational support. As a subject matter expert, the candidate drives process improvements, equipment lifecycle management, and infrastructure expansion while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage CAPEX projects from concept through completion
Develop and review User Requirement Specifications and validation protocols
Conduct engineering investigations and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs
Mentor operators and technicians on equipment operation and troubleshooting

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Pharmaceutical EngineeringExperience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments
