About this role

The Project Engineer - Industrial Launch leads manufacturing launch activities for transfer of work and new product introductions in a new automotive component manufacturing plant. This role manages all industrialization activities from BOM release through Start of Production, ensuring manufacturing readiness, quality compliance, and successful project execution. The position serves as the primary coordinator for cross-functional launch activities and is accountable for industrial project delivery, including process implementation, equipment readiness, and factory stage-gate approvals.
