Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer – Underground Wet Utilities

We are seeking a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer with experience in underground wet utilities and heavy civil construction to support water, sewer, and storm drain projects from startup through closeout. This position works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, owners, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate project documentation, quantities, costs, and field activities. The role involves assisting with project startup, planning, and coordination while managing RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
